Do you know what is unlawful age discrimination, and what isn't, when it comes to pension provision for your workforce?

1 October this year marked the 10 year anniversary of the introduction of age discrimination legislation in the UK. That wasn't the only important age anniversary this year. 1 December 2016 will mark 10 years since the main age discrimination provisions relating to pensions came into force.

Despite the legislation having been with us for a decade, there are still challenging age discrimination issues around the treatment of employees and pension scheme members. Make sure you're aware of them.

In this interactive, accessible and jargon-free webinar our All About Age experts Liz Wood and Ruth Ormston from the Combined Human Resources Team will provide:

  • a refresher on what the law says about age discrimination and pension provision;
  • an overview of some of the trickier areas and potential pitfalls;
  • a reminder on what the law says around insured benefits; and
  • practical steps employers/trustees can take to ensure compliance.

During this live webinar you will have the opportunity to ask questions and we will answer as many as we can in the time available.

Register now to join us and get up to speed on age and pensions.
